Our main offering is a monthly membership that enables unlocking all parts of your vitality: Greater joy, pleasure, and freedom. It is a guide that invites action empowering your own vitality. It may have parts of counseling, coaching, and therapy. It may include reading, writing, or starting a new activity.

We see this as a bridge between the symptoms traditional medicine identifies as disease and the remedy you have at your disposal. This includes testing and prescriptions while simultaneously providing a bigger vision. Certain medications may provide the necessary boost while moving into greater self supported wellness.
We also guide a range of mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual guidance that can help unlock the places where you want to focus. We can start where you feel most comfortable.

This includes scheduling either 30 or 60 minutes virtual visits and includes access via email and messaging for questions. Virtual care visits via video conferencing or phone calls will be available same day needs. Access to a monthly newsletter that provides insight, discussion, and health tips.
